Derek Denehy
Yale Mechanical Engineering graduate
I recently graduated from Yale University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Along the way I developed a stronger passion for entrepreneurship and computer science, and I built the website and booking system behind this service myself.
I've also spent 7 years running a summer detailing business, and I believe there's a real market for people who want their car refreshed at places they already go, without scheduling time away from their car or paying drive-out and setup fees.
That's what DD Detailing is built around. We set up where cars already are: apartment complexes, office buildings, gyms, schools and more. You hand over your keys, go about your day, and come back to a clean car.

Everything we need comes with us
Every setup is the same: one tent, our truck, and our own water and power, so we never need an outlet or a spigot. If your property needs it, we can wash rinseless so nothing runs across the lot.
