How long does a detail take?

It depends on the service. A Quick Interior Refresh takes 30–45 minutes, a Standard Interior Detail takes 1–2 hours, and a Deep Interior Detail takes 2–3 hours.

Where do I drop off my vehicle?

At the onsite DD Detailing setup at the current location. The exact spot is confirmed before your appointment so you know exactly where to go.

Can I book while I am already at the location?

Yes. If we're set up and have availability, you can book on the spot through our online booking page and hand off your car.

Is the first clean really free?

Accepted Answer

Yes. When you start a monthly or bi-weekly recurring plan at our Crunch Fitness pop-up, your first 30-minute interior refresh is free, a $40 value. Your card reserves your recurring slot but isn't charged until your first paid maintenance detail, so if you cancel before then you pay nothing. Walk-in and Tyrone Square customers pay our regular one-time prices.

How do recurring plans work?

Join the recurring plan list and tell us your preferred frequency and location type. We'll schedule your details at convenient DD Detailing pop-up locations so your car stays clean without an extra trip.

Can I request DD Detailing at my gym, apartment, office, restaurant, or movie theater?

Absolutely. Use the Request a Location form. We use customer demand to choose where we set up next, so every request helps.

What happens if weather affects the setup?

If weather impacts a pop-up setup, we'll reach out to reschedule your appointment to the next available time or location.
